  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 2 Ham slices (50 g)
  • 4 slices (50 g) of Emmental Cheese
  • 50 g of Flour
  • 150 g of Breadcrumbs
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil for frying


  1. Сut the breast into 2 parts. Make a cut for the pocket. Salt and pepper the pocket. Wrap 2 slices of cheese in a slice of ham. Put in the pocket in the breast. Roll the breast in flour.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip the breast in the beaten egg. Roll in ground breadcrumbs.
