CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Ingredients (for 2 pieces)

  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 2 Ham slices (50 g)
  • 4 slices (50 g) Emmental cheese
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

For panning

  • 50 g Flour
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Сut the breast into 2 parts. Make an incision for the pocket.
