- 2 Chicken Breast
- 2 Ham slices (50 g)
- 4 slices (50 g) of Emmental Cheese
- 50 g of Flour
- 150 g of Breadcrumbs
- 3 Eggs
- Black Pepper
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- Сut the breast into 2 parts. Make a cut for the pocket. Salt and pepper the pocket. Wrap 2 slices of cheese in a slice of ham. Put in the pocket in the breast. Roll the breast in flour.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip the breast in the beaten egg.
Roll in ground breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. Turn over and fry on the other side. Put on a paper towel. Salt. Serve hot.
