Ingredients

  • 160 g of Linguine Pasta
  • 400 g of Clams (Vongole)
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 30 ml of White Wine
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • some Parsley
  • 3 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean the clams under running water, take away the broken and opened ones. Throw the clams one by one in the sink, the ones filled with sand will open.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic and parsley. Cut the tomatoes in 4 parts.
  3. Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook according to instructions on the box.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil on medium heat. Fry the garlic in olive oil. Increase the fire. Add in clams, fry and constantly stir for a minute. Add parsley, white wine, salt and pepper. When the clams start opening add the tomatoes. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Strain the water from the pasta, and then add pasta to the frying pan. Cook for another minute, stir
