CHICKEN WITH ORANGE SAUCE RECIPE
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 600 g chicken legs
- 2 oranges
- 200 ml white wine
- 4 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Black pepper
- 140 g white rice
- 40 g red rice
- 30 g butter
- Squeeze the juice of 1 orange. Finely chop the parsley. Mix orange juice, white wine and olive oil. Add chopped parsley. Add rosemary, salt and pepper. Put the chicken in the marinade. Cover with foil and put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Lay the chicken into a fireproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 200C, then remove from the oven and add orange slices. Bake another 30 minutes.
- Boil white and red rice separately according to package instructions. Drain the rice, put in a bowl and add butter. Stirring gently to mix the rice, but careful not to destroy its texture.
- Put the rice and baked chicken on the plate; pour over the sauce from baking. Arrange with the chopped parsley and orange slices.
