Clean bell peppers from the core and seeds, cut into sticks. Cut the tomatoes into two parts. Chop the onion into slices.
Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan, add the chicken, fry over medium heat until golden: salt and pepper. Add white wine, let evaporate for 1-2 minutes. Simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in another frying pan, add the onion, fry until golden. Add chopped bell peppers, salt, and pepper, cook for 5 minutes at low heat. Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken with sauce, cook for 5-7 minutes at low heat.
