CHICKEN WITH BELL PEPPERS RECIPE
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 2 Chicken Thighs
- 2 Bell Peppers
- 100 g Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml White Wine
- Olive oil
Cooking chicken and the sauce
- Clean bell peppers from the core and seeds, cut into sticks. Cut the tomatoes into 2 parts. Chop the onion into slices.
- Heat 3 tbsp. of olive oil. Add the chicken, fry over medium heat until golden. Salt and pepper. Add white wine, let evaporate for 1-2 minutes. Simmer under the lid for 20 minutes.
- Heat 3 tbsp. of olive oil in another pan. Add the onion, fry until golden. Add chopped bell peppers, add salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes at low heat. Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken with sauce, cook for 5-7 minutes at low heat.
