Clean the cauliflower from leaves. Put the cauliflower into the pan with butter. Sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle with thyme, salt well. Cook the cauliflower over low heat for 10-12 minutes, continually pouring oil from the pan.
Transfer the cauliflower to a fireproof dish, pour the oil from the pan, and add broth. Cover the cauliflower tightly with foil, bake in the oven at 180С for 40-60 minutes (depending on the size).
