Eggless low carb apple mayonnaise – make this delicious homemade apple mayonnaise in a few minutes. APPLE MAYONNAISE

Ingredients (~4 servings)

  • 2-3 Apples (~ 500 g)
  • 100 ml of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

Wash the apples, remove the core. Make a shallow cut around the entire circumference of the apple.

Put the apples in a fireproof dish, bake at 220C until soft, leave to cool.

Use a spoon to remove the pulp of apples, put the pulp in a blender. Add salt and pepper. Add apple vinegar, whisk well.

Slowly add vegetable oil in a thin stream, continuing to beat until obtain the consistency of mayonnaise. Leave to cool.
