Spicy Ginger Garlic Sauce

Ginger sauce with garlic and hot pepper – the perfect sauce for meat, kebab, grilled fish or grilled vegetables. You can use this sauce to marinate fish or chicken. Store ginger sauce in the refrigerator, it is suitable for 2/3 days, you need to get the sauce out of the refrigerator for half an hour before use and shake it.


Ginger Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Hot Pepper
  • Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Lemon
  • 100 ml Olive Oil
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel a piece of ginger the size of a plum and chop it into small cubes.

Cut the hot pepper in half, remove the seeds. Finely chop the hot pepper. Peel the garlic clove, chop finely.
You should obtain approximately one tablespoon of each chopped spice.

Squeeze juice from half a lemon.

Put chopped spices into a glass bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice, salt. Beat well with a whisk. Leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
