Oven-baked Fennel with Balsamic Vinegar

FENNEL WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Ingredients (2-4 servings)

  • 3 Fennel
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • ~ 70 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour sugar in a glass or ceramic dish, add pepper, add salt, and olive oil, stir. Add balsamic vinegar. Beat the sauce with a whisk.

Cut the green fennel stalks. Cut fennel into slices, keeping the stalk. Put fennel slices on a baking sheet, grease each slice with sauce, using a brush. Bake fennel for about 10-15 minutes at 220C.
