Tzatziki Sauce

TZATZIKI SAUCE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cucumber
  • 300 ml of Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Small Bunch of Dill
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small cubes. Put the chopped cucumber into a strainer, remove the liquid excess with a spoon.

Finely chop the dill. Peel the garlic clove, remove the core, and cut the garlic into small cubes. Put the yogurt in a glass or ceramic bowl; add chopped dill, chopped cucumber, and garlic. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar, mix. Season with pepper and salt.
